Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
1/3 cup Setton Farms Raw Pistachio Kernels, chopped
2-3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese


Dressing: 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar + 1 tsp honey + salt / pepper to taste

Method

1) Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing and set aside.
2) In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, pistachios, and feta cheese.
3) Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine before serving.
